If you are unable to attend and wish someone else to vote on your behalf please complete and submit a Proxy Form and this need to be received by TBNZ no later than 12:00pm on Friday 17th July. Please scan the completed form and send via email to admin@tbnz.co.nz

Fred Housham retires by rotation and so two (2) director nominations are required

Please fill in the Director’s Nomination form if you have a nominee for the above positions.
Please submit your nominations to admin@tbnz.co.nz by 12:00pm 16th July 2026

To raise a motion for change to the TBNZ Constitution, please fill in the Notice of Motion form
This will have to be received by TBNZ by 12:00pm on Thursday 16th July 2026
