If you are unable to attend and wish someone else to vote on your behalf please complete and submit a Proxy Form and this need to be received by TBNZ no later than 12:00pm on Friday 27th June. Please scan the completed form and send via email to admin@tbnz.co.nz

Julieanne Mollet , Brodie Hunt and Clare Sahayam retire by rotation and so three (3) director nominations are required

Please fill in the Director’s Nomination form if you have a nominee for the above positions.

To raise a motion for change to the TBNZ Constitution, please fill in the Notice of Motion form
