2021 Annual General Meeting

The 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held in person and via Zoom on Sunday June 6th 2021 at 7:00pm

Information for the 2021 AGM:

If you are planning to attend in person, please send an email to admin@tbnz.co.nz no later than Sunday 23rd of May 2021.
If you are unable to attend and wish someone else to vote on your behalf please complete and submit a Proxy Form and this need to be received by TBNZ no later than 7pm on Friday 4th June 101`.  Please scan the completed form and send via email to admin@tbnz.co.nz

To raise a motion for change to the TBNZ Constitution, please fill in the Notice of Motion form and this will have to be received by TBNZ by 12:00pm on Thursday 27th May 2021

IMPORTANT: Nominations to stand for all Board of Directors position are required as the current tenure of two years has past, but they may stand for re-election.
Please read the relevant section of the Constitution for further information before you nominate.
Please fill in the Director’s Nomination form if you have a nominee for the above positions.
Please submit your nominations to admin@tbnz.co.nz by 12:00pm 30th May 2021
