2019 Annual General Meeting
The 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held in Lower Hutt during the TBNZ Open National Championships at Queen’s Birthday weekend. Details as follows:

If you are planning to attend, please send an email to admin@tbnz.co.nz no later than Friday 17th of May. If you are unable to attend and wish someone else to vote on your behalf please complete and submit a Proxy Form and this need to be received by TBNZ no later than 8pm on Wednesday 29th May. To raise a motion for change to the TBNZ Constitution, please fill in the Notice of Motion form and this will have to be received by TBNZ by close of business Friday 10th of May.

Nominations to stand for the four Board of Directors positions are required.
Please note that the Directors now jointly represent the whole of New Zealand since the areas were dispensed with at a previous AGM.
Please read the relevant section of the Constitution for further information before you nominate.
