Constitution
The TBNZ Constitution (2025) defines the rules by which the organisation operates and outlines its objectives. Any changes to the Constitution must be approved by a majority vote of the members at the Annual General Meeting.

The policies are more concerned with the internal management of the organisation and reviewed and modified by the Management Team should they see fit with the endorsement of the Board of Directors.
