Hall of Fame

At the AGM, the Board announced the implementation of a New Zealand Hall of Fame.

Full policy details will available in due course and nominations will be able to submitted on a yearly basis. We have a large number of people who have made huge contributions to bowling within New Zealand over the years, so priority will be given to historical nominations initially.

The Board made the decision that the first inductee would be Board appointed this year and would therefore like to announce David Davies, posthumously, to be the first Hall of Fame inductee. This reflects David’s enormous contribution both on the lanes and behind the scenes for TBNZ over a long period of time.

A formal presentation to Davids family will be arranged.
