CEO Resignation

It is with much sadness that the Board has accepted the resignation, effective end of year 2017, of our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Annabelle Swain.

Belle set herself a target to be in the role for 2 – 3 years with a goal to simplify our administration, grow coaching in the country as the foundation for grassroots development, stabilise the financial position of TBNZ and open up avenues with other groups that share the same aims of TBNZ, which she has accomplished.  The position in recent times has been far too over burdened by the demands of the workload, on top of an already very busy work commitment and has been on occasions affecting her private life.  Belle has worked tirelessly for TBNZ and the betterment of bowling since she volunteered her services to TBNZ in 2014 for the role of National Squad Manager then subsequently accepted the role of CEO the following year.

The Board wishes to thank Belle for everything that she has done for TBNZ. We have enjoyed working with her and appreciate her contributions that have made our job easier to do and more rewarding. We will miss working with Belle.

We wish Belle all the best for the future.
